THE STORY OF TJ

Terrell received a Bachelor’s Degree (Communications & Public Relations emphasis) from Alabama State University, Montgomery, AL. and earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Phoenix, Kansas City, MO.

Owner/Partner of Integrity Capital Management, Jolly &Associates, and Legacy Asset Group which includes managing more than 150 residential and commercial properties. The common thread of these organizations is to revitalize the urban core of Kansas City providing affordable housing and pathways to ownership. Terrell focuses on ensuring best-in-class management services for a wide range of clients, including property owners, residents, investment partners, and housing agencies.

Integrity Capital Management

Terrell launched the management firm of Integrity Capital Management, LLC (ICM) in Lees Summit, MO. ICM successfully oversees nearly 150 commercial and residential rental properties valued at $80K-$240k by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases and maintaining and securing the premises. Some of the properties are owned by out-of-state lessors who praise Terrell’s professionalism, superior customer service and relationships with tenants that allow him to collect and submit rental income in a problem-free manner.

Through a multi-tiered organization platform. Integrity Capital Managment, LLC (ICM) provided ongoing property management services to property owners in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. By providing day to day maintenance, emergency services, and rent collection, ICM takes the burden off property owners.


Jolly & Associates

Jolly & Associates the property acquisition branch seeks out properties in disrepair, restoring them inside and out. We then rent these properties to responsible tenants. Through both organizations, we seek to become an integral part of the communities we are a part of. By joining or attending the neighborhood organizations we learn how best the area can thrive.

Through selective tenant placement and maintaining clean and properties both owned and managed, ICM and Jolly & Associates look to continue our mission in supporting the urban core and providing desirable living spaces for the people of our community.
